The 2012 Family Reunion, hosted by LePrince and Pam Ashford and crew, will be held in Alexandria, Virginia from Thursday, July 26 to Sunday, July 29, 2012 at The Embassy Suites. Alexandria is a suburb of Washington, D.C., with many sites of interest in and around Alexandria, and nearby Washington.

The Hosts were able to arrange a special price of $187.00 for both King and Double Suites for Thursday, July 26, and $149.00 per night for a King Suite and $169.00 for a Double Suite, for  the remaining nights, which includes, in addition to spacious and comfortable, well-appointed suites, a full American buffet breakfast daily and a complimentary Manager's Reception every evening from 5:30 to 7:30, serving selected wine, beer, assorted juices, sodas and light snacks.  The King Suites have a King bed and a sleep sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to four persons. The Double Suites have two queen sized beds and a sleep sofa in the living room and can accommodate up to six persons. The suite prices are good for the first two adults in the suite and increase by $10.00 for each additional adult. Children under 17 stay free in the same suite as adults.  These are outstanding prices for the location and time of year, and the per person cost is nearly minimal when family members share the suites.

a 2-mile radius from the hotel. Alexandria is conveniet to many Malls and Outlets, Mount Vernon, and minutes from Washington, D.C. and its many museums, monuments and the new Martin Luther King Monument. There is a complimentary Old Town Trolley which picks up in front of the hotel, taking visitors to all King Street attractions, where there is plenty of shopping, casual and fine dining. There are also tons of favorite eating places within  a few minutes drive. There will be games, movies, prizes, and other activities, some of which are still being planned.
